Pastry Chef Everything Dough

Ages 16 – 19 | Intermediate – Advanced
Apprentice chefs will get their hands messy and create delicious treats, desserts, and main dishes using dough. Learning to use dough properly is a great skill, and our master chef will teach them the tricks of the trade when cooking with “everything dough!” Students will follow step-by-step recipes and directions while under the supervision of the Synergy Magnet head Culinary Arts chef.
Objectives
- Identify & measure the proper ingredients using a recipe
- Create & cook a variety of recipes using a variety of skills
- Discover the culinary arts career and work with a real chef
- Apply the best techniques for cooking
