Students will apply pastry techniques while making a variety of spectacular desserts. Our Synergy Master chef will guide the students through many techniques specific to the area of pastry while creating beautiful and tasty desserts. Students will gain experience in a state of the art pastry kitchen during this delightful experience.
Objectives
- Identify & measure the proper ingredients using a recipe
- Create & bake using a recipe and a variety of skills
- Discover the culinary arts career and work with a real chef
- Apply the best techniques for making various types of desserts
