Ages 13 – 19 | Beginner – Intermediate
Students will become “game-ready” through physical conditioning specific to their sport. Synergy’s highly acclaimed professional coach will take students through various muscle building exercises by teaching proper technique and practice in the weight room, on the court, and on the field. Students will be well-prepared to begin playing at their optimum potential in the fall after taking this course.
Objectives
- Identify & apply techniques and skills related to weight training & sports conditioning
- Build muscle, increase strength, and collaborate with other athletes
- Discover aspects of nutrition that affects strength training
- Apply strengthening techniques to their sports for upcoming seasons
