Ages 13 – 19 | Beginner – Intermediate
In conjunction with the Synergy Construction Industry Career program, students will be immersed in the world of construction and will have hands-on experience in our fully-equipped construction lab. Students will learn everything from reading floor plans to specific industry skills. This is a great course to take as an introduction to the NCCER certification construction program at Synergy Magnet K-12.
Objectives
- Identify & apply basic construction skills
- Work with experienced professionals in the field of construction
- Read floor plans & learn more about the construction industry
- Participate in hands-on skills that are found in the NCCER certification course
